The haptics don't feel right
Make sure your device's haptic feedback is enabled in Settings → Sounds & Haptics. You can also adjust haptic intensity within Knobby using a two-finger long press to access settings.
How do I access settings?
Press and hold anywhere on the screen with two fingers to reveal the settings panel. From there you can adjust haptic intensity, toggle sounds, and configure motion preferences.
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Open settings with a two-finger long press, then tap "Restore Purchases". Your lifetime unlock will be restored automatically if you've previously purchased it.
The app feels sluggish
Try enabling "Reduce Motion" in settings if you experience performance issues on older devices. This simplifies animations while preserving the tactile experience.
